シドニーのフード屋台から中野の小さな店へ
From a Tiny Food Stall in Sydney to a 6-Seat Shop in Tokyo
Ken-chan Curryの物語は、オーストラリア・シドニーで開かれたJAPANフェスティバルの、小さなフード屋台から始まりました。
たった一鍋のカレーと、一台の鉄板を手に、異国の地で挑んだ初出店。
その味は次第に多くのお客様の心を掴み、路面販売から常設店舗へと発展。
やがてその評判は逆輸入のかたちで日本にも届き、東京・中野にカウンター6席の小さな実店舗をオープンするに至りました。
The story of Ken-chan Curry began at a humble food stall during a JAPAN Festival in Sydney, Australia.
Armed with just a pot of curry and a hotplate, we took our first step into the world of food business in a foreign land.
Our flavors quickly found fans, leading from street vending to a permanent shop.
Eventually, that same passion and reputation made its way back to Japan—culminating in the opening of a small 6-seat counter restaurant in Nakano, Tokyo.

年表タイムライン / Timeline
Opened a ramen specialty store at Mandarin Centre, Chatswood. This marked the foundation of what would become Ken-chan Curry.
Launched Ken-chan Curry as a food stall in the vibrant street market scene of Chatswood, Sydney.
Expanded to a permanent shop in the food court of Sussex Centre, Haymarket.
After success in Australia, Ken-chan Curry opened a 6-seat restaurant in Nakano, Tokyo—bringing the brand back home.
Began a new franchise model via cloud kitchens, expanding reach across Japan.
Opened a dine-in location in Sydney’s Northern suburb, Neutral Bay.
Launched a new branch in the trendy inner-west suburb of Newtown, Sydney.
A new outlet is scheduled to open in the food court of Rhodes Waterside.
